Information you provide
We collect the contact and shop details you submit: name, shop name, website, city, email or phone, services, capacity for more work, and any optional message.
Why we use it
We use your details to assess the request, prepare an audit or discuss a sprint, reply, and keep a record of the conversation. A submission does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. We do not sell your contact details.
Website and referral information
Enquiries can include campaign tags and the referring website path so we understand the source. Tags may be stored in your browser session. If analytics is configured, we measure page visits and conversion events. Form contents are not sent as analytics properties.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and accessed by LocalFrame’s operators for the purposes above. Email replies use our email service. Providers may process information outside your country. We retain records while needed for the request or business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information or stop contacting you by emailing team@localframe.ca. Please do not submit passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal details.
